Who would of thought adopting a bit of humanity and flexibility in our business could help motivate others? I guess we underestimate our ambitions, which comes from our desire for self-improvement, and overestimate monetary rewards. If you truly think about it, it's weird because we tend to believe we should be unhappy now to be happy later. Does life really begin at age 65 upon retirement? Definitely not. What is obvious and what this video teaches us is, if we are happier now, we will be even happier in the future.
